Leaders of disabled people's org calls for government and CSO support to achieve disability-incl

The Center for Disaster Preparedness, through its "Project ELEVATE: Marig-on Estehanon", supported by Arbeiter-Samariter Bund, is one with the world in celebrating the International Day of Person with Disabilities. We celebrate this day together with partner communities to build a more inclusive and equal world for Persons with Disabilities through the 17 Sustainable Development Goals. Project ELEVATE supports the 5 Disability-Inclusive Goals which explicitly stated the role of persons with disabilities in achieving the future that we want. We asked the Leaders of the Disabled People's Organizations based in Lawaan and Balangiga, Eastern Samar on what should be done in order to attain the Disability-Inclusive SDGs by 2030. They have 6 calls for the national and local governments, civil society organizations, and international NGOs.
