The Center for Disaster Preparedness Foundation, Inc. (CDP) is thrilled to announce its renewed partnership with Arbeiter-Samariter-Bund (ASB) for an upcoming regional initiative titled โPioneers for a Green Future: Green Income Prospects for Marginalized Young People.โ

Running from 2025 to 2028, this newly approved project aims to support marginalized young people in the Philippines, Nepal, and Indonesia in building green enterprisesโsustainable income opportunities that help protect the environment and reduce ecological degradation.
ASB will work closely with three local organizations leading the in-country implementation: READ Nepal, PALUMA Nusantara in Indonesia, and the CDP Foundation in the Philippines. Together, the partners will co-create pathways that enable young people to become champions of environmental sustainability and climate resilience within their communities.
โWe are delighted to partner with ASB once again after our collaboration many years back,โ shared Ms. Loreine dela Cruz, Executive Director of the CDP Foundation. โThis renewed partnership marks an important step toward empowering young people to build a greener future for all.โ

Through this initiative, CDP Foundation continues its mission of promoting inclusive, locally-led action and climate action, ensuring that youthโespecially those from marginalized sectorโhave the knowledge, skills, and opportunities to lead the way toward a sustainable future.
Together, weโre paving the way for a generation of green pioneers.
