“Kahandaan Katatagan at Kaunlaran ng Komunidad” (Lorna Victoria, CDP, 2003) is a disaster preparedness / management training guidebook and manual for communities. The book is in Filipino language and its main focus is to guide facilitators and trainers conducting disaster preparedness training workshops or courses at the community level. The aim of the book is to help communities be prepared during disaster by recognizing their vulnerabilities and enhancing their capacities towards resilience.
